5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the 2:00 PM CT cut-off. Carrier transit time is estimated at 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. 6. Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free, and no restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. 7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and page design, is owned by proplanvetdirectmall or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish site content without written permission.
